About Us
SP Mitchell Chartered Surveyors is based in Brenchley near Tunbridge Wells. Steve Mitchell BSc MRICS, Dip Bldg Cons (RICS), MAPM is the principal of the firm and is the primary contact for all clients throughout each project.
Steve is a Chartered Building Surveyor having qualified with RICS in 1989. He also holds a post-graduate Diploma in Building Conservation and is a member of the Association for Project Management, the only Chartered organisation for Project Management professionals.
Over his professional career which has extended for more than 30 years, Steve has acted as designer, building surveyor, cost consultant and project manager on variety of large and small residential, commercial, industrial, educational and retail projects in London and Kent.
His work has included the design and construction of alterations to clients’ houses and light industrial units, the project management and cost control of large projects on commercial and retail buildings and a great number of other exciting schemes.
